We are the official destination manager and leader of Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, and Johnson County. Our goal is to increase visitor volume and spending by bringing convention, event, and leisure business to the area. Accomplishing this goal will result in increased, optimum levels of visitor traffic and maximum generation of visitor dollars.

• Official Iowa City / Coralville Area Visitors & Community Reference Guide - More than 60,000 Guides are printed each year and distributed to state welcome centers, area accommodations and attractions, transportation hubs, hospitals, members, CVB welcome centers and to individuals inquiring via telephone, email, and mail to the Iowa City / Coralville CVB. These guides are also used as a relocation and recruiting tool for many area businesses including the University of Iowa and the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. The guides are available to read on the CVB website with partner hyperlinks available.
• Referrals- Being an official Visitor Information Center located on Interstate 80, many visitors and residents stop or call to ask for information about the area. Whether they are visiting for the weekend, relocating to the area, or have lived here for years, we are able to answer all of their questions and provide the proper resources through our wide membership base. Brochure display is available.
• CVB Website - With more than 600,000 hits per month, the CVB website is one of the most popular sites for visitors and prospective residents to get all kinds of information about the Iowa City / Coralville Area.
• E-Newsletter - Twice a month, the CVB sends out Impact, the member to member e-newsletter about Bureau activities, programs, visitors industry news, upcoming events, and members news.
